Using the CD ROM, Amazing Animals, the internet, books, and magazines analyze the role of camouflage of your organism. Analyze the role the organism plays in the ecosystem. What is its niche? (What is its job in the habitat?) Describe the habitat. Explain any adaptations you observe. Remember to discuss seasonal adaptations. (See Scott Foresman Science Textbook pages A94-A95. Work cooperatively to take good notes, then do a good job as you organize your thoughts and finally write your paper. Type your paper using Student Writing Center. Each partner should proofread the copy before the final draft. Your presenter should practice reading to the group remembering to make eye contact, show poise and confidence, use clear speech, and speak at an acceptable rate.
