Working Your Way Around the U.S.

In activities integrated in a geography or history lesson, students explore other regions of the United States and the various occupations typical of those regions.

Students get first hand experience in filling out actual job applications.

Job Sources

Students determine the availability of jobs and job information in their communities.

Students participate in an active questioning exercise to determine how much they know about various careers.
