1. Double space entire page. Highlight first if entries are complete.
2. Alphabetize by the first work of each entry.
3. Indent second line of each entry (tab key).
4. Two spaces after every period and colon.
5. If there's no page number, type n. pag. where the page number should be.
6. If there's no publication date, type n. p: where the publication date should be.
7. If there are two authors - type the first author's last name first and the second author's name first name first. Separate them by an and.
8. If there's more than one author but their names are not listed use et al. after the author's names.
